Cleaning painted cabinets: the routine
Daily: nothing. Live your life.
Weekly: wipe high-touch spots — around pulls, near the stove — with a damp soft cloth.
Monthly: mild dish soap and warm water on the whole kitchen. Wipe dry. Check for chips to touch up.
Yearly: look at the wear zones with fresh eyes. Touch up what needs it. Tighten any loose hardware.
The do-not list
No abrasive cleaners. No scouring pads. No steam mops on the doors. No hanging wet towels over painted doors — trapped moisture softens any finish.
Touch-up paint
We leave you a labeled jar at the walkthrough. Store it inside, room temperature. A dab with a small brush erases most nicks.
